BASF will invest more than $270 million to expand herbicide production capacities in the United States, due in part to the growing demand and need for formulations to manage round-up resistant weeds.
BASF will launch more than 20 new products, highlighted by an advanced dicamba formulation, over the next 2 years.
The company has added 150 in-field experts since 2010 to support growers and partners responsible for 56 million acres across all crops, soils and regions.
