Fifty-second annual meeting of the National Potato Council is scheduled for Jan. 16-20 at the Catamaran Resort Hotel in San Diego, CA.
New components of the meeting include a luncheon and educational seminar, entertaining speakers as well as industry panelists.
The Council committee meetings will be sequential this year so participants can attend each meeting they are interested in.
A fun-filled Kick-Off Party will start the event and a great awards banquet is planned.
The Ladies Auxiliary will take a Trolley Tour, visiting over 200 sites in the coastal city.
