U.S. District Court of Pocatello, ID has put allowed unsecured creditors' claims in the Arkoosh Produce Inc. of Gooding, ID, bankruptcy in a priority pro rata order.
In a recent ruling, the unsecured creditors committee, a group of growers and others owed for 2000 crop potatoes, were awarded a portion of the cash proceeds from the liquidation of the Arkoosh processing plant, a storage unit, and sale of a farm.
It is estimated the total amount of allowed unsecured claims is $2,226,488. The unsecured creditors are listed to receive their pro rata proceeds after all secured claims are paid.
Insiders and shareholders of the debtor will receive no distributions under the plan.
