Tsunami 200 reduces yeast, mold and pathogenic bacteria on surfaces of processing equipment. It is a high-performance product that reduces E. coli and other bacteria and those transferred by cross contamination, helping assure food-safety objectives are met.
Designed as a single, ready-to-feed product, Tsunami 200 does not require any precursor chemicals or additional on-site equipment and reduces the frequency of flume, tank and line cleaning.
Combined with Tsunami 100, an industry leading non-chlorinated product that helps control spoilage from micro-organisms in fresh-cut produce, Tsunami 200 will be a welcome addition to the product line.
