Members of the Potato Marketing Association of North America will meet Saturday, June 17, in Salt Lake City, UT.
The group has recently been given added impetus by grower organizations in both the United States and Canada trying to work together on improving processor contracts.
Agenda for the meeting will include basic organizational structuring and looking at ways of increasing grower support. Representatives from the grower associations involved will also set up by-laws for the group and schedule future meetings.
To date no director or office location has been determined.
