It has been a mixed bag with cool, wet spring weather slowing things down in many parts of the sugarbeet growing areas.
We had hoped to catch up with some planting in Idaho’s Magic Valley but missed our window of opportunity. So we focused a little farther east in the state and found a lot of planting activity around Aberdeen, ID.
