In a solemn and respectful ceremony, American Sugarbeet Growers Association president Nate Hultgren and vice president Neil Rockstad laid a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in Arlington National Cemetery Sunday.

The wreath laying took place prior to the beginning of the 2023 ASGA Annual Meeting in Washington, DC.

Hultgren, who is a member of the Southern Minnesota Beet Sugar Cooperative, was accompanied by his wife Jaime while Rockstad, who is a member of the Red River Valley Sugarbeet Growers Association, was joined by his wife Elizabeth.

The ASGA meeting will take place Monday and Tuesday. The wreath laying was arranged for by the ASGA.
