We spent the day listening to a myriad of speakers talking about a range of subjects related to the sugar industry. The setting was the 37th International Sweetener Symposium.
Sponsored by the American Sugar Alliance (www.sugaralliance.org), the symposium featured speakers from federal agencies along with a number of other industry experts.
While it will take us a few days to sort through all the information we gathered, here are two slides from the first day that really caught our attention.
