Britt Beene has been named strategic account manager within Corteva Agriscience. He will remain based in south-central Idaho. In his new role, Beene will focus on building relationships with farming operations throughout Idaho. In his previous role as Corteva territory manager, Beene focused on retail crop protection companies in eastern Idaho.
“Large farms have their own unique needs from crop protection companies like Corteva,” says Beene. “Working with farmers, I can assist with recommendations and put together specific pest management programs with products like Vydate C-LV, Blackhawk, Transform and Telone. I’ll also have the opportunity to conduct on-farm field trials with existing and soon-to-be-registered products.”
Beene has been with Corteva since the merger of Dow AgroSciences and DuPont Crop Protection in 2018.
