When we stopped by Galen Lee’s Sunnyside Farm in New Plymouth, Idaho, earlier this summer we were looking to take some pictures of newly emerged sugarbeets.

Well now that summer is coming to a close and the harvest is looming, we asked Lee for some updates on his sugarbeet crop. It appears it’s all grown up, as evidenced by the photos he sent us.
