Idaho FFA Scholarship winners Jentrie Stastny and Bret Kindall received checks totaling $2,500 from Betaseed Inc. on April 10.
Stastny is a member of the Kimberly FFA Chapter and will major in food science and technology at BYU-Idaho.
Kindall is a member of the Cambridge FFA Chapter and will major in agricultural education at the University of Idaho.
James Rushman, a senior at Leyton High School in Dalton, Neb., is the winner of a $500 Betaseed Scholarship in the Western Sugar South area.
Rushman will attend Northeastern Junior College in Sterling, Colo., where he will study agriculture production.
Hannah Fessler of Hemingford, Neb., is another recipient of a $500 scholarship in the Western Sugar South area. She will attend Chadron (Neb.) State College in the fall and plans to major in business.
