If you haven't been already, farmers across the country will be contacted by the National Ag Statistics Service (NASS) over the next couple of weeks as the agency conducts its June Agricultural Survey.
The information collected will provide data about 2013 planted acreage of major crops, grain stocks and livestock.
NASS will collect data by mail, phone and personal interviews. Farmers will also be given an opportunity to report online.
