The Potato Association of America has moved its annual summer meeting to April in the year 2001.
To be held in St. Agustine, FL, the Hastings Research and Education Center of the University of Florida will host the 85th annual meeting.
According to Oscar Guthbod, president, the change will allow some adjustments to be made in meeting strategy.
Pete Weingartner will be the local arrangement committee chairman for the event to be held at the World Golf Village Renaissance Resort.
