Mahindra North America expanded its utility vehicle product line to include a comfortable six-passenger Retriever 1000 Gas Crew with its industry-leading 83-horsepower 1000cc gas engine. This new 83-horsepower Retriever Crew UTV reaches up to 60 miles per hour and delivers best-in-class 2,500 pounds of towing capacity with two-inch front and rear receiver hitches. The 1000 Gas Crew also is equipped with a standard electric dump cargo box.
“The Retriever lineup offers many industry-leading features, and we are pleased to expand the 83-horsepower gas engine into the Crew configuration,” says Matt Glendon, director of utility vehicles for Mahindra North America. “It fills the needs of customers on worksites transporting teams or families working and playing on their property. The new crew model is available in signature Mahindra red, olive green and authentic RealTree AP camo with aluminum wheels. Mahindra’s utility vehicle product line debuted in 2015 and was re-branded and expanded as Retriever with 24 new models in late 2017. The Retriever has become the fastest-growing brand in the utility vehicle category. All Retriever UTV models come standard with Mahindra’s category-leading three-year limited powertrain warranty.
