Willowood USA announced that EPA has approved its Willowood Mesotrione 4SC product.
Willowood Mesotrione 4SC is a long lasting, broad spectrum, residual herbicide used primarily for the control of tough broadleaf weeds in corn.
“Although our portfolio of products has grown significantly since our companies formation in 2009, we have had a gap in our lineup of corn herbicides," said Brian Heinze, Willowood USA President and CEO. “As one of the leading corn herbicides in American agriculture, the launch of Willowood Mesotrione 4SC quickly fills that gap”.
With already approved state registrations, Willowood USA plans to market Willowood Mesotrione 4SC in time for the 2016 U.S. corn market.
With wide flexibility in application timing and tank mix partners, Willowood Mesotrione 4SC will provide U.S. corn growers the ability to tailor their herbicide program to their specific needs.
