Equipment dealer association members in four states have voted to merge.
Members of the Ohio-Michigan Equipment Dealers Association and the Mid-America Equipment Retailers Association in Indiana and Kentucky have formed the United Equipment Dealers Association (UEDA).
Kim Rominger, CEO of the new association says with continued consolidation of dealerships operating in multiple states, the new association will be able to represent members’ interests more effectively.
The UEDA will represent nearly 750 members in the four states.
