Bidding closes Nov. 17 for Idaho farm

Online bids are being through 6 p.m. MST Nov. 17 for two adjacent parcels of the Louis F. Bulcher farm located 2 miles north of Kimberly, Idaho, and 5 miles east of Twin Falls, Idaho. 

Parcel #1 is the ‘Home Place’ which encompasses 160 acres. There is a farmhouse, garages, pole building, sheds and an old potato cellar. Included in the sale will be 161.03 shares of Twin Falls Canal Co. water stock.  This parcel has 1/2 mile frontage on Falls Ave & 1/2 mile frontage on 3500 East.  Address of the house is 3469 E 4000 N. Russet Potatoes yielded 511 sacks per acre according to tenant farmer.

Parcel #2 is located to the east, and across 3500 East. There is 120 acres in this parcel and it is irrigated with wheel-lines and handlines. There is a small house located in the southwest corner of this parcel. Included in the sale will be 120 shares of Twin Falls Canal Co. water stock.  Address of the house is 3950 N 3500 E. Yielded 587 sacks per acre according to tenant farmer.

These parcels will be ‘Linked Together’ in the bidding process. This will allow anyone to purchase just one parcel, or both parcels if they so desire. Bidding time will be extended by 10 minutes each time a bid is placed during the final close-down of the auction. The parcels will close simultaneously when all bids have been made.
