Farmers Edge announced the appointment of Patrick Crampton as chief product officer to assist in the leadership of the precision agriculture company’s product innovations.
Crampton brings a wealth of agricultural experience, insights and expertise from across the globe. His 20-year career has included such positions as vice president, business and product development at Agrisoma, a seed development company focused on the production of renewable oil.
With a focus on overseeing product development, Crampton will be responsible for the new data analytics division within Farmers Edge, driving the development of cutting edge Big Data products and strategies.
