Foltz at the Kimberly R&E Center from 5-8 p.m. on Wednesday, July 16 for a free family barbecue, view hands-on displays, visit with University of Idaho faculty and staff, and learn more about the UI and Idaho agriculture during this fun all-ages community event.
Events include a fre barbecue, hay rides to field research plots, Four-H shooting sports, cow pie toss, shop for Vandal gear, insect petting zoo, and pictures with Joe Vandal.
Learn about crop production research in southern Idaho, managing dairy manure, food preservation, what makes a successful weed, local potato varieties and aquaculture.
