Maribo Sugarbeet Seed was established in 1920 near Holeby, Denmark, and has distributed sugarbeet seed to more than 30 countries worldwide. Maribo varieties are currently being offered in American Crystal and Southern Minnesota Beet Sugar Coop for the 2014 growing season with plans to expand the commercial launch in 2015.
