A Tuesday, May 8 hearing for disclosure statements of Arkoosh Produce Co., of Gooding, ID, will be held in the U.S. District Court in Pocatello, ID. The event will begin at 9:30 a.m.
Arkoosh, which has filed for bankruptcy and left many growers as well as industry suppliers and creditors without payment, will make financial disclosures to the court and creditors, which now number well over 150.
The unsecured creditors are being represented by Craig W. Christensen an attorney of Pocatello, ID.
In recent filings, attorneys for Arkoosh have petitioned the court for over $50,000 in interim compensation.
The case-00-41817-can be followed on the Internet at U.S. District Court, Idaho District. The Idaho Attorney General's office would neither confirm nor deny that an investigation was under way.
