Trade Boards Agree To Merge

The Boards of Directors of the California Fertilizer Association and the Western Crop Protection Association have announced an agreement in principle to merge operations of the two trade organizations effective Jan. 1.

The proposed merger will be submitted to the membership of each group for approval this fall. The new association will serve the fertilizer and crop-protection industries in Arizona, California and Hawaii and will be headquartered in Sacramento, CA.
